What Christians Teaching Christians Does

CTC is intentionally narrow in its scope of ministry. Although mission categories such as ESL, mercy ministries, vocational training, etc., are valuable,  CTC exclusively serves as a partner for the local church in gospel-centered preaching, pastoral training and mentoring leaders. â€‹

Train Indigenous Ministry Leaders

We prioritize theological training of indigenous church leaders, who have little to no access to formal and sound biblical doctrine. CTC teaches both foundational and advanced curriculum. Both in-person and virtually, to private lecture, cohort, and one-on-one pastoral mentoring. 

Partner with Local Churches

We cooperate with like minded local churches to adopt our current partners to share in theological training and mentoring work.  

Establish Regional Church-Based Training Hubs

Our prayer is to develop local "HUB" church training centers in strategic cities in the areas we work to provide a trustworthy church-based training site. We believe the indigenous church, with fully trained pastors and teachers can multiply themselves and send out qualified elders to plant new churches.
